Pumpkin Cake
INGREDIENTS
1 | Rich’s Easy Whip | |

2 | Two 8-inch sponge or mud cakes | |
3 | Leaf green food gel colour | |
4 | Sunset orange and brown food gel colour | |
5 | Black/charcoal food gel colour | |
6 | Large round tip, leaf tip |
DIRECTIONS
1 | Stack and carve the sponge cakes into a dome shape (like a pumpkin). |

2 | Colour some whipped cream with sunset orange and a little brown. |
3 | Colour some whipped cream with leaf green, and some with black/charcoal. |
4 | Using the large round tip, pipe vertical orange stripes from bottom to top around the cake. Smooth with a plastic sheet, leaving slight grooves to resemble a pumpkin. |
5 | Pipe green leaves on top with the leaf tip. |
6 | Add a pumpkin face with the black/charcoal cream. |
