SIMPLE HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAKE
INGREDIENTS

| 2 | Vanilla sponge/mud cake | |
| 3 | Red and bucket brown colours (create 2 shades) | |
| 4 | Egg yellow & gold colours (create 2 shades) | |
| 5 | Forest green colour | |
| 6 | Star Tip (M1), small star tip, leaf tip |
DIRECTIONS
| 1 | Ice one sliced vanilla sponge layer with Rich’s Easy Whip. |

| 2 | Touch a spatula on side to make pattern. |
| 3 | Use M1 tip to randomly pipe rose shapes of different sizes and shades on the side (yellow and red). |
| 4 | Use small star tip with white Rich’s Easy Whip to randomly pipe some small stars. |
| 5 | Pipe green leaves for decoration. |
