STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE BEVERAGE
INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Strawberry cheesecake | 100g |

| 2 | Frozen/fresh strawberries | 50g |
| 3 | Rich's Easy Whip | 140g |
| 4 | Rich's Easy Whip (For dollop) | 500ml |
DIRECTIONS
| 1 | To make dollop, pour 500ml Rich’s Easy whip in the canister/whipping gun. |

| 2 | Fix the charger and shake well. (Approximately 10 shakes and 2 cream charger) |
| 3 | Add 100g strawberry cheesecake, 50g frozen/fresh strawberries and 140g of Easy Whip to a blender. |
| 4 | Blend well and pour the mixture into the serving glass. |
| 5 | Pipe a sharp dollop of Rich’s Easy whip over the beverage. |
| 6 | Garnish well. |
