Bring water to a boil, then turn off the heat. Add Earl Grey tea leaves and let steep for 10-15 minutes. |

Strain out the tea leaves. |

Pour in fresh milk, syrup, and Avoset All Purpose Creamer Concentrate. Stir well to combine all the flavours. |

Scoop pearls into a glass, add ice, and then pour the milk tea over the top. |

In a mixing bowl, beat Rich’s Whip Topping Base, milk, and Avoset All Purpose Creamer Concentrate until a light foam forms. |

Once the foam has formed, add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavour. Mix gently to incorporate the salt into the foam. |
