Mother’s day Cake 2 – Rose cake

INGREDIENTS

1 Rich's Easy Whip
2 Sponge/mud cake
3 Pastel pink - pink and a bit of chocolate/brown food colouring
4 Dark green – blue and a bit of chocolate/brown food colouring
5 Leaf tip, round tip (small), rose tip

DIRECTIONS

1 Ice and layer the cake with pastel pink coloured Rich’s Easy Whip.
2 Use a rose tip to create rose flowers in two different sizes and place them randomly on top.
3 Pipe some leaves around each rose.
4 Cut a small hole in the piping bag filled with green-coloured Rich'n Smooth™ Tropic. Pipe small dots randomly.
5 Use another piping bag filled with Rich'n Smooth™ Tropic to squeeze into each green dot, allowing a white spot to be visible on top, resembling flower buds.
6 Randomly pipe some leaves and small rose petals on the sides of the cake.
