STRAWBERRY OAT SMOOTHIE BOWL

INGREDIENTS

1 Rolled oats 30g
2 Water 60g
3 Banana 1 large
4 Rich's Whip Topping Base 120g
5 Cold water (to dilute the smoothie if required) 30g
6 Frozen strawberries 120g
7 Granola, mixed fresh berries and banana (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS

1 In a microwave-safe bowl, whisk together the oats with 60g of water. Microwave the mixture for 1 minute. Alternatively, you can add the raw oats directly to the blender if you prefer a slightly chewy texture.
2 Once the oats are cooked or added to the blender, allow them to cool. Then, add the remaining ingredients to the blender.
3 Blend the mixture until it becomes creamy and thick.
4 If desired, top the oatmeal with granola, mixed fresh berries, and honey for added flavour and texture.
