|Bring water to a boil, then turn off the heat. Add Earl Grey tea leaves and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
|Strain out the tea leaves.
|Pour in fresh milk, syrup, and Avoset All Purpose Creamer Concentrate. Stir well to combine all the flavours.
|Scoop pearls into a glass, add ice, and then pour the milk tea over the top.
|In a mixing bowl, beat Rich’s Whip Topping Base, milk, and Avoset All Purpose Creamer Concentrate until a light foam forms.
|Once the foam has formed, add a pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavour. Mix gently to incorporate the salt into the foam.
