INGREDIENTS
| 1 | Rich’s Easy Whip: 500g | |

| 2 | Matcha powder: 8g | |
| 3 | Vanilla sponge sheet | |
| 4 | Matcha powder for sprinkling | |
| 5 | Sliced dried fruit for garnish |
DIRECTIONS
| 1 | Dissolve matcha powder in a small amount of hot water, stir well, and let it cool. |

| 2 | Pour the matcha mixture into Rich’s Easy Whip in a mixing bowl and whip to soft peaks. |
| 3 | Fill the vanilla sponge sheet with whipped matcha cream and roll. |
| 4 | Ice the rolled cake with whipped matcha cream. |
| 5 | Garnish with dried fruit and a sprinkle of matcha powder on top. |
