THAI MILK TEA

INGREDIENTS

1 Thai tea leaf 15g
2 Hot water 200g
3 Sweetened condensed milk 60g
4 ICEHOT Creamer 60g
5 Syrup (optional) 15g
6 Ice cubes 200g
7 ICEHOT Creamer (for cold foam) 50g

DIRECTIONS

1 Steep Thai tea in hot water for 15 minutes, then strain the tea leaves and set aside.
2 Add sweetened condensed milk, syrup, and ICEHOT Creamer to the tea.
3 Stir the mixture well until thoroughly combined.
4 To make cold foam, use a milk frother or electric hand whisk to beat the foam until it forms.
5 Pour the frothy foam over the Thai tea.
