As an ambient topping, Easy Whip can be stored and whipped at room temperature.
Its freeze-thaw-stable feature also allows for the whipped icing to be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months, then thawed in the fridge and used right after without any problem.
Whipped icing made from Easy Whip can handle ambient temperature of 24°C or below for up to 3 days.

Easy Whip is a great alternative to buttercream and dairy cream, for it has been proven to have greater stability than the other two, and has a very impressive overrun of 350%.
